RVD is the first uncoated resin bond
product. As a very economic abrasive, the powder is widely
used for polishing stones, natural diamond and gems.
RVD-1 is
the toughest product in our resin bond product family. The
powder can be also used for vitreous bond tools. It is
recommended for grinding glass, quartz, ceramic and
stones.
RVE is of
micro-chipping structure, which renders the grits high friable
and self-sharping, suitable for polishing or finishing of
cemented carbide parts, ceramics, PCD, PDC etc.
RVEG also has
micron-chipping structure. With relative high friability,
suitable for polishing of stones, ceramics, natural diamonds,
gems etc.
Both electroless and electrolytic cladding are
availablefor nickel coated products.
