Flexible Polishing Pads

APPLICATION:
Flexible Polishing Pads, which is integrated grains with diamond grit, supply a better performance in grinding stone with polishing effect to get
high gloss in a short time, as compared with conventional polishing wheel, it is suitable for the grinding process of the curved or polygon surface.

Instructions For Use:
1.Flexible polishing discs should be mounted on flexible rubber backer pad.
2.Operation speed:3600RPM
3.Refresh the cooling water adequately, preventing polishing discs or diamond sand from deterioration, but little water for Buff pad{final polish}.
4.Grinding pressure;1--2kg/cm2.
5.Grinding or polishing sequence:[(#60),#150,#300,#500,#1000,#2000,(#3000), Buff pad or[(#50),#100,#200,#400,#800, #1500,(#3000),Buff pad
